Tottenham forward Son Heung-min could be sidelined for up to three months following surgery on a broken arm. The 24-year-old suffered a fracture to his right forearm during South Korea's World Cup qualifying 3-2 defeat to Qatar at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha last week. Son is expected to be in a cast for at least two weeks following surgery to realign and stabilise the fracture with metal plates.
